Martigane never depends on a single origin for sunflower oil. Depending on global market availability, we source from Ukraine (world's leading origin, progressively resuming production), Argentina (second-largest exporter, stable quality), Hungary and Romania (EU origins, ideal for buyers sensitive to European traceability).
Quality criteria and laboratory analyses
Our sunflower oils meet superior quality criteria: acidity level below 0.2% (superior quality oil standard), controlled peroxide index, mastered humidity. Each batch is analysed by an accredited laboratory before shipment. The analysis sheet is systematically provided at delivery.
Formats available for professionals
1L bottle: retail standard, French INCO labelling. 5L can: collective catering, HoReCa. 10L can: institutional catering, food industry. 25L drums and industrial packaging on request based on volumes.
