Packaging and receipt
Distribution bags or big bags for selected industrial uses. Confirm weights, bags per pallet, labelling and moisture protection.
Documents and lot approval
Request a technical sheet and suitable analyses linked to the proposed lot. State importing-country requirements and any checks or samples needed before ordering. Confirm origin, certifications and eligibility for the transaction.
Prepare quality criteriaCompare a complete offer
Compare the same grade, net weight and delivery basis. Request currency, Incoterm with named place, included costs, quotation validity and payment terms. Loadable tonnage and scheduling are validated for each lot.

What volumes can be assessed?
State quantity in tonnes, pallets or containers and intended frequency. Feasible minimums, loading and availability will be confirmed in the proposal.
Are prices and lead times fixed?
No. An offer depends on product, grade, origin, volume, packaging and logistics route. Request its validity period and loading windows.
What information should I provide first?
Start with required specifications, purchasing company, volume, country and delivery point. Add documents or certifications required for your market and application.
